As the Q2 2025 earnings season kicks off, our forecasts for revenue and EBITDA in the EU chemicals sector are broadly aligned with Wall Street consensus. That said, we see potential upside in the industrial gases sub-sector. This view comes despite leading macro indicators remaining in negative territory. We expect two central themes to emerge throughout the season: volume trends and the outlook for full-year 2025.
