Angkor Resources Celebrates Indigenous Community Land Titles and Advances Social Programs, Cambodia

GRANDE PRAIRIE, ALBERTA (February 5,2026): ANGKOR RESOURCES CORP. (TSXV: ANK) (“ANGKOR” OR “THECOMPANY”) is pleased to announce that nineIndigenous community land titles have been formally granted toIndigenous communities in Ratanakiri Province, Cambodia, following athree-year recognition process. Angkor has supported Indigenouscommunity rights since first establishing operations in the province,which is home to approximately 45% of Cambodia’s Indigenouspopulation.
The Company’s Andong Meas mineral exploration licenseis situated within the traditional land of these Indigenouscommunities. Angkor recognizes the importance of these land titles andis committed to working collaboratively with the communities on whoseland the Company operates. The formal recognition of these land titlesis a significant milestone for the Indigenous peoples of Ratanakiriand reinforces Angkor’s long-standing commitment to respectful andcooperative engagement with local communities.

English Language Training:Angkor provides English language training forchildren in the communities surrounding its operations, giving youngCambodians valuable language skills to support future education andemployment opportunities.
Water Filters andLatrines: The Company is now implementing theinstallation of water filtration systems and latrines in communitiesacross the Block VIII oil and gas license area, improving access toclean water and sanitation for families in rural Cambodia.
Moto Vehicle SafetyTraining: Angkor sponsors moto vehicle safetytraining sessions focused on proper operation of motorcycles, whichare the primary mode of transportation in rural Cambodia.Motorcycle-related injuries and fatalities, particularly amongchildren, remain a serious concern in the region, and these sessionsare designed to reduce harm and save lives.
Financial FraudAwareness: The Company sponsors trainingsessions of financial scam awareness, educating community members onhow to identify and avoid fraud through mobile phones and messagingplatforms such as Telegram. These sessions help protect vulnerablepopulations from increasingly common digital financial scams.
