Maybe the best thing I can say about H.B. Fuller ( FUL ) right now is that many of its businesses should be at or near troughs heading into 2026. Consumer spending is sluggish, but the job market is still relatively healthy, and industrial short-cycle activity does appear to be picking up, with non-resi construction likely to follow at some point in 2026. On the other hand, the company’s track record of value creation beyond underlying market growth still isn’t all that impressive....
