- ASX press release ( ASXFF ): 1H Revenue of $602.8M (+11.2% Y/Y) beats by $184.64M .
- On 28 January 2026, ASX updated FY26 total expense growth to be between 20% and 23%, compared with prior expectations of between 14% and 19%. This includes costs associated with responding to the ASIC Inquiry which are expected to be at the top end of our range of between $25 million and $35 million. Excluding ASIC Inquiry related costs, FY26 total expense growth was updated to be between 13% and 15%. Capital expenditure guidance remains unchanged. FY26 capital expenditure is expected to be between $170 million and $180 million, and between $160 million and $180 million in FY27. On 15 December 2025 ASX noted changes to our capital requirements to meet the additional capital charge to which we have committed following the ASIC Inquiry’s interim report. At the time we stated the increased regulatory capital requirement would impact underlying ROE, with ASX’s medium term target range now between 12.5% and 14.0%. The Board has determined a fully franked interim dividend of 101.8 cents per share, payable on 23 March 2026.
