Blender Bites Limited Provides Update on Delay of Filings

March 4, 2025 – Vancouver, British Columbia – TheNewswire - BlenderBites Limited (the “ Company ”, “ Blender Bites ” or“ Blender ”), (CSE: BITE, FWB: JL4, WKN: A3DMEJ) announces that,further to its February 14, 2025 press release regarding its delay infiling its financial statements for the period ended October 31, 2024,and the related management’s discussion and analysis, and CEO andCFO certifications (collectively, the “ RequiredFilings ”), which were required to befiled on or before February 28, 2025, the Company has been granted amanagement cease trade order (“ MCTO ”) under theprovisions of National Policy 12-203 – Management Cease TradeOrders (“ NP 12-203 ”) in connectionwith the late filing of the Required Filings. The MCTO application wasgranted on March 3, 2025, and as a result, the Company's common sharesmay not be traded by the Company's Chief Executive Officer or itsinterim-Chief Financial Officer. The Company’s common shares maystill be traded by other shareholders.

The expected delay in filing the Required Filings isdue to the Company's former auditor, GreenGrowth CPAs, resigning asthe auditors of the Company on their own initiative on July 10, 2024and the Company's new auditor not being appointed until October 31,2024, as well as the resignation of the Company’s former CFO onFebruary 13, 2025.

The Company confirms that it intends to satisfy theprovisions of the alternative information guidelines described in 10of NP 12-203 and issue biweekly default status reports for so long asit remains in default of the requirement to file the Required Filings.The Company has not taken any steps towards any insolvency proceedingand the Company has no material information to release to the public.The Company has made the foregoing representations in accordance withthe requirements of applicable securities laws.
