It always pains me to see a company that I have a great amount of emotional attachment to perform poorly. But sometimes, that's just how things work out in life. One such firm that has come under pressure from a share price perspective since I rated it a Buy back in June of 2024 is Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, Inc. ( CBRL ). Weak financial performance in the past, followed by a controversial decision to change their logo in what ultimately only proved to alienate some of its customer base, as well as the expectation of weakness moving forward, has pushed the stock price down 38.8% since that article was published. That compares to the 23.6% increase that the S&P 500 (SP500) has seen over the same window of time....
