PagSeguro Digital: Cheap, But With Some Country Risk

Shares of Brazilian digital payment solutions and bank PagSeguro Digital Ltd. ( PAGS ) have dropped some 85% since reaching an all-time high of $62.83 in early 2021, flipping valuation metrics.
