As I’ve covered in previous articles , within the European real estate sector one of the cheapest companies is Aroundtown ( OTCPK:AANNF ) as the company has some structural issues to fix, namely a large debt burden. Indeed, the company’s loan-to-value (LTV) ratio, a key measure of leverage in the sector, is among the highest in the Europe when including hybrid debt, being at about 59% at the end of last march . This is much higher than other companies in the sector, which usually have LTV ratios between 40-45%, showing that Aroundtown’s balance sheet is much weaker than compared to its peers....
