(the “Company”) since the filing of an updated  earlywarning report dated December 12, 2025.

Since the last early warning report, the Common Shareswere acquired between December 13, 2025 and February 23, 2026 atprices ranging from $0.03 to $0.04 per Common Share for aggregateconsideration of approximately $163,525.

Immediately prior to the acquisitions referred toabove, Mr. Milia ownership and direction or control over 31,395,9132Common Shares, representing approximately 12.65% of the 248,093,565issued and outstanding Common Shares of the Company on a non-dilutedbasis.
