Clean Seed Capital Announces TSX Venture Reactivation

June 3, 2026 - TheNewswire - Vancouver, BritishColumbia – Clean Seed Capital Group Ltd. (“Clean Seed” or the“Company”) (NEX: CSX.H) announces it has satisfied therequirements of the TSX-V for reactivation from the NEX. In conjunction with the reactivation, the Company willtransition from the NEX board to a Tier 2 Issuer on the TSX VentureExchange. Our trading symbol will be changing from CSX.H toCSX.

Further to our news release dated May 29, 2026, theCompany has received TSX-V acceptance and has closed its non-brokeredprivate placement whereby the Company has issued 6,059,710 units ofthe Company (the "Units") at a price of $0.10 per Unit, forgross proceeds of CDN $605,971 (the "Offering").  Each Unitconsists of one common share of the Company and one share purchasewarrant (the "Warrant").  Each Warrant entitles the holder,on exercise, to purchase one common share for a period of 12 monthsfollowing the closing date of the Offering at the exercise price of$0.25 per share.
