I rate Cornerstone Total Return Fund Inc ( CRF ) a Hold, for income-focused investors looking for monthly distributions. This closed-end fund is one of the most unusual funds I’ve ever analyzed, leaving me with conflicting thoughts about whether to recommend it. Within Seeking Alpha it has a lot of enthusiastic support, especially for reinvesting the dividends in which the company offers an incentive.
