CoreWeave ( CRWV ) may not have scared the market because of a sudden drop in the demand for AI. It scared the market because it reminded everyone that demand does not pay the bills; capital does. Notice that this company is guiding 2026 capital expenditures to be in the range of $30 billion to $35 billion , while just recently spending $14.9 billion in 2025 capital expenditures. It is no longer about the demand for GPUs and more about how this company is going to pay for this and whether or not the current equity level is above a bridge or a stress fracture....
