Regardless of what side of the political aisle you might be on, I think we can all agree that February 20 was a historic day. Those who support Donald Trump and the tariffs he has implemented almost certainly are unhappy with the news that the US Supreme Court decided to strike down as unconstitutional the most controversial tariffs imposed by the administration. And those who are in opposition to him are certainly happy about this development. I think we can also agree that this will have significant consequences in the long run for companies all across the US. Not only is there uncertainty regarding what will happen with the tariff money already collected. But also, there is now the prospect that, just as when tariffs were implemented, there will be winners and there will be losers....
