At the start of Q2, DNOW expects midstream activity and supply chain solutions to strengthen as natural gas basin-based activities improve in the US. Canada, on the other hand, may lag. It faces challenges from higher tariffs, which can affect its pipes, fittings, and flanges. The supply of valves and pumps is relatively insulated. Its foray into the renewable energy side will be critical in the long term, but I do not think it will affect its short-term potential....
