1. Most investors who held ECC for at least 1 year generated positive total returns (dividend plus capital gain/loss).
2. However, returns are mediocre. Roughly 60% of the time, ECC has generated returns of 5% or less annually.
3. We estimate that only 12.7% of investors locked in an annualized return of 8% or higher, the threshold for high-yield investing.
