Montreal, QC – TheNewswire- December 22, 2025 -- Ecolomondo Corporation (TSXV: ECM) (OTCQB: ECLMF) (the “Company” or“Ecolomondo”), a leading Canadian innovator in sustainable scrap tirerecycling technology, announces it has secured sufficient feedstockfor its planned Shamrock, Texas TDP facility.

As the Company is commercializing operations at itsHawkesbury TDP (“Thermal Decomposition Process”) facility, focusis now shifting on its next commercial project: a 6-reactor TDPfacility in Shamrock, Texas, projected to be three times the size ofits Hawkesbury facility.

The Company recently received confirmation that itsecured sufficient feedstock to sustain its proposed operations inShamrock. Multiple letters of intent have been executed with tireretailers and municipalities confirming committed volumes ofend-of-life tires.

The Company expects to collect tipping fees commonlypaid by consumers for the safe and efficient disposal of scrap tiresthroughout North America, as is the case for the Company’sHawkesbury TDP facility.

The Shamrock TDP project should greatly benefit fromthe experience gained during the construction of the Hawkesbury TDPfacility and from the Company’s modular technology. Modulartechnology allows the Company to build future plants with lower capex, shorter lead times and lower risk.

“The Texas TDP project, once completed, is expectedto be one of the largest scrap tire pyrolysis facilities in NorthAmerica. The future looks promising for Ecolomondo, as it as it keepsachieving key milestones”, said Jean-François Labbé, InterimCEO.

About TDP

The TDP process is technically proven and moreadvanced than most other pyrolysis technologies.Over the years, our Technological teams were able to overcome alluncertainties that plagued most competitors especially inthese areas:pre-filtration, reactor cooling, reactor rotation, water recycling, processing of rCB,(hydrocarbon removal), mass monitoring, heat curve development, humidity and water removal, safety testing, system automation, emissions control and monitoring.

TDP is Environmentally Friendly –CO2 Reduction

By producing rCB, TDP reduces GHG emissions by 90%versus the production ofvirgin carbon black. The production of rCB at the Hawkesbury andShamrock facilities are expected to reduce CO2 emissions by 22,400 and 67,200 tons per year, respectively.
