What I love about investing is that the stock market allows us to capitalize on nearly every sector and aspect of the macroeconomic environment. When interest rates were rising, Eaton Vance Senior Floating-Rate Trust ( EFR ) allowed investors to collect a higher level of income, while the world paid out a higher level of interest on debt. However, the appeal of EFR has shifted now that interest rates are trending downward, so I wanted to revisit the fund to reassess its value proposition going forward....
