While market indices continue to hover within range of their all-time highs, it can be difficult to locate attractive opportunities in the market. However, a closed-end fund like the Eaton Vance Tax-Advantaged Global Dividend Opportunities Fund ( ETO ) continues to trade at a deeply discounted price to NAV valuation, which I believe may be attributed to the fund's use of leverage.
