The Trust has a portfolio in two geographical areas; the U.S. Sunbelt which includes properties in Texas, Florida and Georgia. This represents 67% of the Investment Portfolio. The U.S. Northeast includes properties in New York, New Jersey, Maryland, and Connecticut.
