F&G Annuities & Life: Technical Pressure Creates A Compelling Value Opportunity

Shares of F&G Annuities & Life ( FG ) have been a poor performer over the past year, losing about 30% of their value. Concerns about capital allocation initially dogged shares in 2025, and then, fears about its private credit exposure added to the downside. More recently, the decision by Fidelity National ( FNF ) to distribute some of its stake to its shareholders appears to have applied significant technical pressure on shares. With shares at a 52-week low, my “ S trong Buy” recommendation in October has proven to be premature, with shares down 5% since then. Given recent developments and with performance so weak, now is a good time to revisit FG....
