Inflation cooled for a second straight month in December as the headline figure for the Consumer Price Index came in at 2.68% year-over-year. This is down from 2.74% in November and was consistent with the forecast. Additionally, the core CPI was at 2.64% year-over-year, up slightly from 2.63% in November and lower than the forecast of 2.7%....
