Overview
With market indices hovering near their all-time highs, it can be difficult to find opportunities in the equity markets right now. However, many equity-income funds, like the Clough Global Equity Fund ( GLQ ) trade at attractive valuations. Closed-end funds like GLQ may be more complex than traditional ETFs, but unique market conditions have caused many of these funds to trade at discounted valuations. When I previously covered GLQ, I issued a hold rating due to the negative impacts of high-interest rates. Since my last coverage, GLQ has released an updated annual report, and the interest rate environment has shifted a bit, so I thought I would revisit the fund's value proposition....
