It is focused on the development of the Berlin Deposit in Colombia. The Company¿s Berlin Project contains battery commodities, including nickel, phosphate, and vanadium. Its nickel is a component of various lithium-ion batteries, while vanadium is the element used in vanadium redox flow batteries. Neodymium is the rare earth element contained within the Berlin deposit. The Berlin Project is located approximately 12 kilometers from a hydroelectric dam. The Company¿s project also includes Rio Negro Project that consists of approximately 500,000 hectares (Ha) of staked and granted claims stretching through the provinces of Chubut, Rio Negro and Neuquen in Argentina. The Property covers a large portion of an intrusive belt known to host lithium mineralization in pegmatites.
