Investment Thesis
Since June 21, 2019, the Invesco S&P SmallCap Momentum ETF ( XSMO ) has been comprised of 120 S&P SmallCap 600 Index stocks with the best price returns over the past twelve months. The strategy has worked pretty well, too. As shown below, it's delivered a 94.27% total return, outpacing the iShares Core S&P Small-Cap ETF ( IJR ), which tracks the broader S&P SmallCap 600 Index, by 33%. XSMO also easily handled the SPDR S&P 600 Small Cap Growth ETF ( SLYG ) by 34%....
