I wrote my second Seeking Alpha article in October of last year about the Franklin Income Focus ETF (NYSE: INCM) , giving the fund a Buy rating . True to my convictions, I bought shares shortly after my article was published. The fund is a mixed allocation ETF with almost half of its portfolio dedicated to fixed income investments. My goal for the fund was to provide modest equity exposure and high dividend income without the downside risk of a 100% stock index fund....
