As I listened to InfuSystem’s ( INFU ) Q2'25 earnings conference call , one thing kept coming to mind: there’s a new sheriff in town. On April 1, INFU announced that CEO Rich DiIorio was stepping down from that role and would be replaced by the company’s COO, Carrie Lachance, effective May 19, 2025. As such, the Q2'25 earnings call was the first time investors heard from Ms. Lachance as the new CEO. As I will discuss in depth, Ms. Lachance consistently struck a different chord as to her approach to running INFU, one that investors clearly appreciated as the stock rallied over 60% since the call....
