Good morning and thank you for joining us today to review InfuSystem’s first quarter 2025 financial results ended March 31, 2025. With us today on the call are Rich Dilorio, outgoing Chief Executive Officer; Carrie Lachance, Chief Operating Officer and incoming CEO; and Barry Steele, Chief Financial Officer.
