I first invested in Intrum (INJJF) (ITJTY) in Q1 2024 as a special situation play with an average cost base of ~25 SEK. At the time, it became clear that a debt restructure was on the cards with multiple potential outcomes, including a possible bankruptcy that would have wiped off shareholders. It was too much of a speculative investment at the time to write about it in Seeking Alpha, so I was waiting for it to be derisked somewhat before penning an article on it....
