KPMG appointed as VoluntaryAdministrators

9 April 2025 – TheNewswire – Jervois Global Limited (TSXV:JRV) (OTC:JRVMF) - I refer to theTSX-V Announcement dated 12 March 2025 that David Hardy and GayleDickerson of KPMG were appointed as joint and several voluntaryadministrators (“ Administrators ”) of Jervois Global Limited(Administrators Appointed) (“ Jervois ” or the “ Company ”) andcertain subsidiaries listed in the below schedule (together,“ the Companies ”).

Extension of convening period

On 7 April 2025, the Administrators filed anoriginating process in the Supreme Court of New South Wales( Application ) in relation to the external administration of theCompanies.

On 8 April 2025, Justice Black of the New South WalesSupreme Court made Orders extending the statutory convening period inrelation to the Australian Jervois Companies to 30 April 2025, with anorder that the Administrators can convene the second meetings at anytime before then (with any meeting requiring 5 business days’ noticeto creditors).
