Introduction
As I recently expounded in the Global X Lithium & Battery Tech ETF ( LIT ) article, the lithium market has had a significant pricing recovery that has driven many mining shares higher, and if these price levels stick, will warrant sharp upward revisions and may support further gains. Sigma Lithium Corporation ( SGML ) should have been a miner with magnificent operating leverage given its low-cost production. However, the mine has been offline since October due to the replacement of the third-party operator with its own machinery/workforce/engineers, etc., which management stated would be operational at the end of 2025....
