Luckin Coffee Inc. ( LKNCY ) announced its 2025 Fourth Quarter and 2025 Financial results on February 26, 2026. The numbers were poor, the market wasn't pleased, and the stock sold off by approximately 13 percent on the news. Investors should be aware that the results presented were unaudited and preliminary, and audited financial statements are expected to be completed by the end of March or early April, as is required by the SEC.
