I think that there is a temptation to read too much into the Q3 2025 results of ManpowerGroup Inc. ( MAN ) and assume that the company is finally on the up. Yes, the company is finally back into growth territory after eleven straight quarters of revenue decline (in constant currency terms), same with free cash flow, which was positive again. And the margins were in line with the guidance from management in Q2, so on the surface, it looks like real progress....
