Matthews International ( MATW ) logged a decent quarter. The main takeaway for us is that the net debt figure we assumed from the proceeds of the SGK sale from before, the European packaging business and the warehouse automation business were similar to our target. While energy remains an uncertain end market, and EV growth basically plateaued with limited interest in major capital outlays by upstream battery makers, we are at least looking forward to the inkjet printer solution which will hopefully have some traction in their markets....
