Its investment objective is to seek high total return with an focus on current income. market conditions, at least 80% of its net assets, plus any borrowings for investment purposes, in aportfolio of equity and debt securities of infrastructure companies, including energy infrastructurecompanies, industrial infrastructure companies, sustainable infrastructure companies and technology andcommunication infrastructure companies. As of April 3, 2020, it will no longer be a policy of the Fund toinvest at least 80% of its Managed Assets in Renaissance Companies.
