New offering summaries:
New York Mortgage Trust ( NYMT ) priced an offering of $85 million worth of new 9.875% exchange traded senior notes due 2030. The fixed coupon will be paid quarterly, and New York Mortgage Trust has the option to redeem the notes early beginning in October of 2027. The new notes received a BBB credit rating from Egan-Jones Ratings Company, and trades on the Nasdaq under the symbol NYMTH....
