Being a parent is hard (thanks, Captain Obvious), but I’d argue being a parent during the newborn and infancy stage is the hardest, especially if you’re a first-time parent. For me, I struggled mightily, as I was used to getting a solid eight hours of sleep and only had to worry about myself and my spouse. Now, I was struggling not only with getting enough sleep but also with worrying about if my baby was getting enough sleep or if something was wrong. Was she supposed to be making that noise? Is this normal?...
