Par Pacific Holdings ( PARR ) is now on a critical breakthrough, which is mainly driven by successful Billings factory integration , incoming Hawaii SAF project start and aggressive share buyback, which since 2024 was almost 9% of all outstanding shares. I believe that the market is still wrong about the company and values it as a small cap oil refinery, ignoring its geographical island economics advantage, stable logistics and retail trade segments, also we should add strategic transformation into sustainable energy infrastructure platform.
