After the "SaaS Apocalypse" and the disruption caused by AI that triggered heavy selling in software stocks, I still haven't seen a detailed analysis of the next industry that could be cannibalized. I'm talking about the HCM (Human Capital Management) sector, which, I believe, could be the next target of AI's disruption. At the end of the day, as with any technological transformation, there will be winners and losers. But in this sector, for now, everyone appears to be losing due to an uncertain outlook....
