In my last article on the ProShares Ultra QQQ ETF ( QLD ) in August 2025, I rated it a Buy because two key sectors it covers - tech and communications - were leading the market. I also said, perhaps a little prematurely, that "there are no signs that the rally has run out of steam". Indeed, the steam did run out in both those sectors, and they have been flat to declining since November, approximately three months after that last QLD article....
