I rate Saba Closed-End Funds ETF ( CEFS ) as a Buy, for income focused investors who are looking for monthly distributions in a long-term buy and hold investment. The most important factors that influence my opinion of the ETF are:

• Saba Capital has expertise in closed-end funds ("CEFs") which leads to outperformance.
• Currently pays a TTM distribution rate of 8.2%, which includes monthly payments of $0.14 per share and a special dividend in December.
• Highly diverse portfolio with over 1000 positions in stocks, bonds, and commodities.
• Currently trades at a slight 0.35% premium to NAV .
