Overview
Cohen & Steers Real Estate Opps and Income Fund ( RLTY ) operates as a closed-end fund that aims to provide attractive total returns through its diverse portfolio of real estate and fixed income securities. When I previously covered RLTY, I issued a hold rating due to its underperformance against peers. The verdict was that RLTY essentially got the job done, but there were some more enticing peers out there.
