Investment Thesis
In the first article about Sea Limited ( SE ), I warned that investors' expectations for the company's future were too rosy - this was also evident from unreasonably high multiples. In the Risks section, I wrote that if a future report does not meet investors' expectations and there is even the slightest disappointment, then stocks will adjust strongly. Everything happened exactly according to my scenario - that's why I chose the Hold rating back then, even though every analyst before me had assigned a Buy rating. I also wrote that stocks will be interesting to buy only after a strong correction of 10-15% or more....
