Sony Group Corporation ( SONY ) and TCL Electronics Holdings Limited ( TCLHF ) announced very recently that the companies are looking to form a partnership through a memorandum of understanding. An MOU is a document that outlines the preliminary agreement and shared intentions between the two parties before they ink a binding contract. So, in this case, the two parties are showing true commitment to form the joint venture for home entertainment without creating any legal obligations just yet. This is indeed a good start....
