The Trump Administration always seemed destined to lose the tariff battle before the Supreme Court. If you follow politics, there’s a fair chance you already knew that the Trump Administration was developing contingency plans, and now we're seeing those go into action. Before the Supreme Court settled the matter with reciprocal tariffs, I wrote an article suggesting, among other things, that the Trump Administration would turn to other laws and regulations to implement tariffs. I also predicted market turbulence amid tariff battle uncertainty, and I still believe there will be plenty of bumps on the road ahead....
