The Meeting is being held for the followingpurposes:

1. to receive and consider the report of the directors,the consolidated financial statements of the Company for its fiscal period endingMay 31, 2025, and the report of the auditor thereon;

2. to determine the number of directors to be elected tothe board;

3. to elect directors of the Company for the ensuing year;

4. to appoint Auditors of the Company for the ensuing year and toauthorize the directors to fix their remuneration;
