(TSX-V:VRB) (FSE: NWNA) (OTC: VRBFF) ("VanadiumCorp" or the"Company") is pleased to announce the formation of VanadiumÉnergie Nordique Inc., a wholly-ownedsubsidiary created to lead the development of VanadiumCorp’s pilotplant at the CIMMS facility in Val-des-Sources, Québec.
The pilot plant was established to validate electrolyteprocessing technology and demonstrate the future commercial viabilityof producing high-purity vanadium products. This initiative supportsthe Company’s vision of building a vertically integrated vanadiumsupply chain in Canada, aligned with the growing demand for criticalminerals in advanced energy storage, steel alloys, and otherindustrial uses.
The creation of VanadiumÉnergie Nordique Inc. reflects a strategicdecision to separate VanadiumCorp’s mining operations from itselectrolyte processing project. This structure enables VanadiumCorp tofocus on its core strengths, streamline operations, and position thenew subsidiary company for future growth, strategic partnerships, andpotential commercialization.
