Davos is hotter than usual this time of year

The market ( SPY , QQQ , IVV , DIA , VOO ) is closely hanging on every word or gaffe President Trump delivers at Davos. The President arrived at the Switzerland Enclave for the global institutional elite and government leaders on the 21st of January. In anticipation of this event, Trump preempted his arrival by casting a myriad of possibilities on how the U.S. under Trump's administration planned to take control of Greenland, which is currently ruled by Denmark. Proposals included an outright purchase and or possible occupation if that doesn't work out. The market didn't like it:
