Warner Bros. Discovery: The New Offer Is Unlikely To Be The Last

One of the things that many struggle with when it comes to Warner Bros. Discovery ( WBD ) is that the past is not a whole lot of use in valuing the company for the future. Even Mr. Market has a big weakness in this area because there are so many managements that claim they can "turn a toad into a prince" even though the corporate backyard is loaded with toads that are still toads. Warner Bros. Discovery may have beat the odds in that sense, but there is little to no public information to go on as to what the value of the company is going forward. This is because we do not have a record of the company as it is now after all the improvements. But that means that management evaluation is extremely important to a process like this in determining the worth of the stock....
