I don't like Yelp's ( YELP ) business. In fact, I was prepared to write this article with a very clear position - a sell or even a strong sell on YELP stock - simply because I don't think it's a business model that will deliver sustainable financials over the next 20 or 30 years, and even if I think about the medium term, like 5 years, I think it will face very significant obstacles....
