On October 13, the U.K. regulatory watchdog U.K.'s Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) approved Microsoft Corp's (NASDAQ: MSFT) acquisition of Activision Blizzard, Inc (NASDAQ: ATVI), excluding Activision Blizzard's non-EEA cloud streaming rights.
